•L I F E• Life, it can be so many things all at once. It can be beautiful, chaotic, sad, overwhelming, exhilarating, and any other adjective you can think of.
One thing that keeps me grounded & motivated through all these phases are my children, my beautiful babies. Who was I before them? Well, I know who I am now. I am their mother, their protector, I am their home. I work on myself to create a safe space for them to simply be, no judgement just love. I am so happy to spend days with them teaching them and showing them how mommy gets things done.
Today was one of those days. One of those days where I was feeling all the feels but one look at those beautiful faces & I just let that s**t go and reminded myself what I am so grateful for.
Today I hit a core rank in my beautiful water business, simply by helping people improve their water. What a blessing, i am celebrating that I can connect with families and help change their lives. Whether it’s in my water business or my food business the best part are the smiles and happiness that comes with it all. A moment that can change our entire lives. And I want to share that with my babies. The joy that comes with helping others.
Whatever version or mood or life you’re feeling I hope that you find that one “thing” that can ground and bring you that feeling of content.

•World Mental Health Day•

I remember being ashamed of feeling depressed, ashamed of my anger, of being overstimulated and lashing out, but I also remember wanting to no longer feel overrun by these feelings. I remember wanting to find ways to better deal with my emotions, I remember wanting to be more in charge of my emotions and wanting to be a better person for myself and a better parent for my future children.
Everything we ingest from food, what we watch, our relationships impacts our mental health, knowing this I started shifting my thoughts and what I was ingesting. I began mediating, journaling, reading, and even did courses. When I was pregnant with my daughter I knew I needed something extra to help me gain extra tools to help overcome thoughts and ground me. I’m seriously so glad that I did. It has helped me in so many ways, I’m so grateful to her she bettered mine and my family’s life.
Remember to ALWAYS give yourself grace, space, & do not be ashamed of reaching out for help. Let’s break the stigma. Sending so much love to us all on the journey. 💜✨🙏🏽

∙𝓐𝓬𝓽𝓼𝓸𝓯 𝓢𝓮𝓻𝓿𝓲𝓬𝓮∙ One of today’s power huddles we were speaking of acts of service, they should be done all year round but specifically now we are in the season of giving back. This spoke volume to me because for the past year I’ve wanted to give back to the community I was just overwhelmed with where to start, well I’ve taken this as a sign.
My love language is through food, cooking with my heart and hands. I’m asking everyone to join me in this act of service. If you feel called to help or donate to this cause to feed the community of San Bernardino I ask that you drop a 🤲🏽 or “I’m in” the comments down below ⬇️⬇️⬇️
As many of you know I have done meal preps of popped up with my vegan food & put it on pause to be a full time mama & get comfy in the role. I believe in serving up quality & love filled food, so I feel super called to do this and spread some love & hope to others.
