Last week, we had the pleasure of cooking for a special 30th birthday celebration featuring a Latin & Caribbean-inspired tapas spread! From our jerk wings and Cuban sandwiches to garlic shrimp, chicken empanadas, beef tostones cups, and guava BBQ pork sliders, this menu was full of bold flavors and crowd favorites. 🔥🍤
