A year ago, I never imagined I’d be ordering 25-pound boxes of chocolate just to keep up with orders.

It’s a bit of a first-world problem in the summer—expedited shipping and ice packs are a necessity, and sometimes the chocolate still arrives with a little melting. Thankfully, that doesn’t affect the quality at all.

I don’t cut corners on ingredients because I want every cake pop to taste as good as it looks. I’m incredibly grateful that so many of you continue to support Sugar Therapy RX. This is one of those challenges that reminds me just how far this little business has come, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. ❤️

✨ Birthdays deserve something a little extra. ✨

I had so much fun creating this collection of birthday cake pops—from tiny cakes and gift boxes to balloons and colorful birthday wishes. Every set is made by hand, and bringing ideas like these to life is one of my favorite parts of what I do.

Our hearts are so full. 🥰
Today we celebrated Father’s Day and the man who means the world to us—Chris, husband, father, best friend, and our own personal hero. ❤️ We are endlessly grateful for the love, strength, and laughter he brings to our family every single day.

It was also our 12th wedding anniversary, so we treated ourselves to an incredible dinner together. The restaurant (Ruth’s Chris) made the evening extra special by decorating our table, creating custom menus, and surprising us with a beautiful anniversary dessert.

It was our daughter’s first time dining at a white-linen restaurant, and she was completely amazed by the experience. She proudly wore one of Mommy’s necklaces and her very first pair of “fancy” earrings, which made the night feel even more memorable.

The food was amazing, but the time together was even better. Our table was filled with laughter, stories, and the kind of moments you wish you could bottle up and keep forever. ❤️

Happy Father’s Day and Happy Anniversary to the man we love so much. We are beyond lucky to have you, Chris.

And to all the dads, grandpas, stepdads, father figures, and bonus dads out there—we hope you had a joyful day filled with love, laughter, and appreciation. 💙

These Taylor Swift-inspired cake pops were such a fun order to create! 💕✨
I had the pleasure of making these for a very special birthday celebration, and every little detail—from the disco ball to the Swiftie bracelets—was so much fun to bring to life.
