Ruach Roasting

11/02/2026

Across Africa, young people are finding community, growing in their faith, and being equipped to make a difference in the places they call home.

And that’s part of why Ruach exists.

Every bag of coffee you purchase helps support this work. It’s a simple way to turn something you already enjoy into something that makes a difference.

Good coffee. Greater purpose.

☕ Shop Ruach Roasting through the link in our bio and help fuel the next generation.

Running a coffee business is a family affair. Apparently, so is making reels. 😂

What was supposed to be a quick video of Zach jumping and flipping a switch turned into a full family production.

At least we’re having fun building Ruach along the way! Thanks for following along 🫶🏼

Hot take: A good dark roast can bring out rich, bold, chocolatey flavors.

But push it too far, and you start tasting more of the roast than the actual coffee bean.

And that’s where we have a problem. 👀

Our goal isn’t to roast those flavors away, but to bring out the best in them.

Are you team light, medium, or dark roast? 👇
