Eat It or Beat It Dad "Eat it or Beat it Buddy!" echoed around my kitchen table for years as I explored my passion for cooking with the 7 picky eaters I was raising.

That family motto inspired my catering business name, Eat it or Beat it Dad. Raising 7 children gave me many bellies to fill and palates to cater to . My love for food and cooking gave me the skills and passion to feed them great food. Picky eaters established the rule “Don’t like what’s for dinner? Eat it or beat it buddy.”

Needless to say, my kiddos tried and loved many varieties of food. Now

as they grow older and move away from home, they’re missing the tasty meals they grew up on and loved. What better way to share the recipes than step-by-step and on video? They get to see Dad AND learn how to make good food. Lucky for everyone else, you get the viewing pleasure as well. Please cook and enjoy with your family and friends. It is my philosophy that food will always bring them together.

To my son Caleb Mendonca , today you become your own man and take off on the road to make your own way. I could not be more proud of who you are and who you've yet to become.
To my new daughter Lilyana Driver , welcome to the fold! Our family is crazy, but we LOVE even crazier!!
To the parents of the bride Rhonda Driver , I imagine giving your daughter away has gotta be one of the hardest things to do in this life. I assure you we have equipped our son with all the tools to take beautiful care of her. For everything else, just know he has an army of support behind him!
