I am so ready for my bookkeeping office life to become stable and managable again. It's no excuse to neglect my daily wellness journey, if anything it makes it more relevant to be on top of it. One day at a time ❤️

RAK Ranch upgrades are coming along, looking forward to some hosting and gathering again soon at the ranch.

Today's supplement round.

I don't take as directed, sorry, being honest. I am taking 1 only a day even if it says 2 and together when I eat and after my morning thyroid and blood pressure routine round (which I hate).

The matcha gives it the green color. Blue and red fruits do help change the color from such. The color doesn't bother me though. I have very noticeable energy, clarity, and is filling as a meal replacement. The mushroom powder is a new add today.
