Hi Zachzilla friends!
It is with great sadness we inform you that Zachzilla's has served its last burgers and fries. Our trailer suffered significant roof damage that we hoped would be repaired and get us back on the road, but the insurance company did not agree. Because this was not in our plans, future plans are unknown at this time. The food trucking industry is not easy, and becomes more challenging every year. Although we will never say never, we are not actively looking to start another food truck. We plan to enjoy the rest of the summer with our son (the Boss), which is not easy to do when running a food truck.
We would like to thank everyone who supported us over the past 7 seasons. Without our staff, we would have never been able to hit the road, and get this dream off the ground. To everyone who ever bought from us, or reached out to us to set up for an event, thank you! To anyone who shared our posts, recommended us, or passed along our information to others, thank you! A huge thank you to Outback Custom Meat who provided us with all the burgers we served. If you are ever out their way you won't regret stopping in to grab fresh meat. Please keep visiting all your local food trucks and businesses, as it is supporting local families. It has been an absolute privilege to serve the various communities we have been invited to over the past 6 years. π¦ππππ₯€β€οΈπ’πππ¦
