Hi everyone! It’s Justin & Zoe 😊 We have always dreamed about opening our own place and cannot believe it is happening! We have been showered with so much love and support already and we cannot wait to see everyone.

We’re also parents to a busy 3 year old and an almost 6 month old, so creating a pub that feels relaxing, welcoming, and family-friendly is really important to us. Our vision is a place where you can come with the whole family—watch a game, enjoy some yummy food and drinks, and feel right at home.

We are currently working on getting a pool table for the bar as well as dart boards to make Hills Corner Pub a fun spot! 🎱🎯

A New Chapter for a Beloved Corner of St. Johns

Family. Community. Heart. These aren't just words to us at Dining Ventures and The Heist Grille. They are the pillars we build on. And sometimes, you meet people who embody them so completely that they become the very soul of a place.

For years, you've seen them: Justin Hill and Zoe Foster, hustling, smiling, and pouring their hearts into every detail here and at other local spots. They aren't just staff. They've become icons of genuine hospitality in St. Johns. Why? Because people just LOVE them. Their kindness, their hard work, and the simple pleasure of being around them have made a lasting impact.

That's why, with immense pride and full hearts, we share this exciting news. On February 23rd, Justin and Zoe will officially take the reins of The Heist Grille, transforming it into Hill's Corner Pub.

This isn't just a business transaction. This is Dining Ventures giving two incredible people the opportunity to own their dream. We have always believed in the power of community, and in Justin and Zoe, we see the true spirit of that belief. This decision feels like the best one, not just for their beautiful family, but for all of St. Johns.

As we make this transition and cheer them on into the future, we know this beloved space is in the most capable and caring hands. They have given our community their best service. Now, let's give them our best support.

It’s Lansing’s Olive Burger Week. We might not be on the official list, but up here at The Heist Grille, we’re running our own operation.

Our Olive Burger is an original.

Hand pattied beef, grilled to order*, topped with Swiss cheese, crisp lettuce, and an olive aioli loaded with bleu cheese crumbles. Think bleu cheese stuffed olive vibes. Bold, briny, and absolutely not subtle.
