Fish 1kg
Sauce:
1 tbs of Turmeric
1 tbs of Curry powder
I tbs of garlic
1 tbs of salt
2 Tbs of oil ( any kind )
2 lemons juice
I tbs black pepper
Marinate the fish for 30 minutes and store in the fridge.
For grilling: preheat the oven to 350F , and cook for about 30 minutes.
For Frying: cover it with a flour and spices mixture. Fry it until golden brown and flip it over.
Serve with rice and vermicelli and add sliced onions, tomatoes and pickles. Rice Recipe. 3 cup ( washed and soaked for 15 minutes). Add it to boiled water, leave it for 5-6 minutes before strain it out. Heat 6 Tbs of oil in a pot, add the rice and simmer for 10 minutes on a low heat. Vermicelli recipe Add 3 cup of vermicelli to a 6 Tbs of oil ( hot oil), mix until golden brown and then add boiled water ~ 3 cups. Add 1/2 tbs of turmeric powder, curry powder, salt,dried lime and 1/4 of cinnamon powder. Stir well and cook till the consistency is perfect.
