Fall Specials are here! We have a variety of flavors for all of you. Jacob and Isabella worked hard in the lab to come up with these babies. Four chai options, pumpkin spice, wh***ey reduction & caramel, and an orange cold brew with vanilla cold foam!
Shout out to Keara and Hailey for doing all the seasonal menu art. Looks better than they ever have! Speaking of Keara, when you see them next, tell them how beautiful our outdoor flower boxes look. Keara is the reason they stay healthy and thriving… actually… all the plants are alive because of Keara.

Coffee week day six!! If you love Dubai Chocolate… this place has you covered.
Urban Grange is a wonderful space in West Salem. As we were filming, almost every customer wanted to chat with Natalia like she was their best friend. I absolutely love that. Coffee is cool… but those connections are what it’s all about!

Day Four of Coffee Week goes to our friends at Florfe Cafe. Finally someone picked a hip hop song! ❤️
They made a drink called The Cobbler. They are open today and ready for you to snag one. They also have a coffee rave event coming up this Saturday, August 8th. 10am - 1pm. Sounds amazing. 🤩

Real talk… I think we’ve been using social media wrong. . Jacob and I have noticed something interesting over the last few months. Every time we post a new special or a picture of some product you should try... nobody really seems to care. Which, honestly, has been refreshing. You’re still coming in. You’re still trying the new stuff. You’re still hanging out. You’re all still buying the things we’re excited about without social media telling you what to do. It made us realize that maybe you don’t need another coffee shop trying to sell you coffee on Instagram. . So we’re trying an experiment. No more product posts until pumpkin spice season. Instead, we’d rather tell you about stuff like: why there’s a bookstore inside our coffee shop, why we don’t use traditional espresso (and never will), why there aren’t TVs in Offbeat, why we’re redesigning the vinyl record room, why we obsessed over our sound system, why we like G.I. Joes so much, why group reservations are free, why we don’t make blended drinks, why our logo is a rabbit wearing sunglasses, why we somehow ended up with nine kombuchas on tap... and the list goes on. Maybe we spend more time talking about the things we’ve gotten wrong than the things we’ve gotten right. That feels more real. And honestly... a lot more interesting than another picture of a latte. . So today we’re starting with this... we’re launching an Offbeat Book Club. We’ll share the signup details soon, but the idea is simple: we all meet, pick a book together, order everyone’s copy through our book supplier, reserve the back table once a month, and hang out until we finish it. . Ok. Appreciation post to our friends at Manna … . Manna recently closed down for a little summer break to give their staff some much deserved time off… but they STILL made sure we had baked goods while they were on break. Absolute legends. Manna Bakery has allowed us to sell their baked goods since we opened in 2024, and we are grateful they are in our community. They are back open downtown today and we highly suggest you go there. . See you this weekend On 12th street! Make a free reservation through our website and let us know if you’d like us to save you a manna pastry for your visit!

Rumor has it that tomorrow is the first day of Summer. Idk about that… seems like summer weather has already started. We’ve got 6 pictures from Offbeat, and the rest from Furbish. Get your scroll on.
At Offbeat, we brightened up the back garage area with a new garage door. It feels fantastic back there. The new library is coming together as well, and we will be doing a donation book day soon. Donate a book, get a drink… something like that. We haven’t worked out the details yet. As we slowly design that back area to feel more like a cozy nook for readers, enjoy the vitamin D. In picture 6, we have been collaborating with Chloe Frydenlund to create a few characters that represent the 6 areas of Offbeat. Each animal has there own vibe, and… we’ve got this idea to make merch based off of these critters. No ai allowed… we’ve support human artists here.
Directly across the street at Furbish they are summer ready. Inside is fully designed and decorated, the plant area is fully stocked with houseplants, and the outdoor market is FULL of outdoor furniture, DIY pieces, and much more.

Lavender latte, In Bloom, Petal to the Metal…. and yes, Strawberry Fields Forever made the cut again. . Quick reminder: reservations at Offbeat are free during business hours. Just fill out the form on our website and we’ll take care of the rest. If you want the whole place, we also do after-hours rentals. $150/hour gets you the space, two baristas, and full control of the vibe. Music, layout, whatever you’ve got in mind.
