WOW. What a weekend.
First, thank you. We are incredibly grateful for the support you’ve shown Alabama Pecan Company. We know there were longer waits than anyone would have liked, and we sincerely appreciate every person who chose to stick with us while our team worked hard to get food out as quickly as possible.
This weekend, the kitchen was moving full speed, tables were turning, and our staff gave it everything they had. As we continue to grow, we’re committed to improving every day and providing the fast, friendly service you’ve come to expect from us.
One of our favorite things to see was neighbors sharing tables, meeting new people, and showing the kind of community spirit that makes this area so special. While we know our current space can feel a little tight at times, we’re excited about what the future holds.
If you happen to look to your left, you may notice that something big is in the works. 👀 We’re not quite ready to share all the details yet, but an announcement is coming soon—and we think you’re going to love it.
