A few days ago I got to cook some breakfast tacos for my friend Cecilia Arzola Castellano who is running for Tx House District 80. She & her family went to Batesville to leave supplies & donations to those in Uvalde area & west to Batesville to cook them some breakfast tacos for what was going to be a long day for them. Mind you I ate one taco from about 45-60 tacos approximately that I made here for them. It was a ton of fun to prep my own salsa & cook 4 different styles of tacos: potato & egg, chorizo & egg, ham & egg & bean & cheese made with Oaxaca cheese. My salsa was made woth Serrano & jalapeño with 2 avocadoes. If you need someone for a small gathering or private event or want to collaborate hit your old boy here up. I might be able to help.
