Our Aug 1 Menu is the last summer menu, celebrating peak Californian produce with Bangladeshi flavors and the pairing of citrus with fish.
The peanut butter chocolate bar is inspired by hot summer days in Bangladesh, when my mom would pick me up from school and buy me a Snickers bar. It was always melted by the time I got it, and that memory inspired this dessert.
