Our mistake earlier on the wording of our status we will have smash burgers the rest of the week and NOT today! I’m gonna grind the brisket trimmings tonight and Patty out the burgers. We wanted to give everyone a quick update.

Due to the recent cyclossporiasis outbreak linked to fresh produce, we’re taking a few extra precautions this week to help keep our customers safe.

• We’ll be using commercially prepared mango salsa and pico de gallo instead of our fresh house-made versions.
• Our cilantro lime sauce will be unavailable this week since it contains fresh cilantro.
• Our Smash Burgers will be served without lettuce and will instead come topped with pickled jalapeños. We plan to have Smash Burgers available the rest of the week!

The safety of our customers is always our top priority, and we’re taking these steps out of an abundance of caution. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you some great BBQ! 🍖❤️

Taking the day off today and tomorrow, it’s just too hot in that food truck 🔥😬 I was getting a headache all day yesterday after drinking maybe 8-9 gatorades/waters. So yeah im cool on that.
