Bring the Cocoa & Joe trailer to your school, church, business, or neighborhood and we’ll serve rich, premium hot chocolate to your guests – fast, fun, and totally turnkey.
What’s Included
• Cocoa & Joe trailer on-site
• Professional staff to serve your guests
• Premium hot chocolate made with Ghirardelli cocoa
• Guest choice of flavors:
• Classic Cocoa
• Caramel Cloud
• Peppermint Twist
• Gimme S’more
• 12 oz ripple cups + lids
• Whipped cream & marshmallows
• Basic toppings (drizzles, crumbs, sprinkles, etc.)
• Up to 2 hours of serving time
All flavors above are included in the price. Guests can choose their favorite at the window.

Standard service includes up to 2 hours onsite.
Estimated Servings Price per Cup Notes
Up to 99 servings $5.00 Same as our regular menu price.
100–199 servings $4.50 Volume discount.
200–299 servings $4.25 Great for larger school/church events.
300+ servings $4.00 Best value for big crowds.
Minimum booking: 100 servings (or a $450 event minimum).
If actual attendance is lower, the agreed minimum still applies.

• Date is reserved with a signed agreement and deposit.
• Remaining balance is due by event date.
