So I do a little of this in the winter months, just to keep the sheckles coming in.

I’m looking for your input, would a flea market Sunday mornings work at the Cream of the Crop??? We certainly have the space, I’m just not sure if there’s enough interested to vend?

I have never grown garlic before! You might suggest I’ve gone a little overboard? I am glad the lion share of the planting work is behind me! The rains arrived in such a timely fashion. Grow garlic grow❤️

We have our work cut out for us!!

The pizza oven is at its proper temperature and we are making pies. Come from far and wide and enjoy our Upstate Niagara Co-op Farms soft custard.
Time to plant the garlic.
