Tomorrow 6/30 we will be setting up at the Scottsburg Food Truck Park from 11-2 while supplies last, we will have our famous pulled pork along with your favorite smoked meatloaf sandwiches! Just a heads up we will not be setting up again until after July 13ish! See yall at the window!

As many of you know by now, we will NOT be setting up at the Scott Co. fair this year. Don’t worry you can still get your fix tomorrow at the Scottsburg Food Truck Park from 11-4 while supplies last! We will have our famous pork, smoked smashed burgers, AND BRISKET!!! See yall at the window.

We will be setting up at the Scottsburg Food Truck Park this Wednesday 6/17 from 11-2, maybe later. Our famous pulled pork, slow smoked to perfection baby back ribs, and our cold smoked smashed burgers will be on the menu! See yall at the window!

All bags have been spoken for…

Left over meat from today’s set up:
2 bags of pork just under 6 pounds $50/each, one bag of smoked chicken just over 6 pounds $60. They have been bagged and placed in the freezer for now.
