Our philosophy is that a single origin bean can go beyond a single roasting point, so that it can open up your eyes and taste buds. Our beans are specialty sourced and roasted in small batches to ensure that each grind can reach its f

Happy Mother's Day to our Mom and to all those who are Mom's, and those who act as Mom's for humans or animals. We appreciate you, are grateful for you and hope you all feel love today and always. To those who the day may be difficult for we send you warm hugs and strength. Today's dessert was silky coconut pudding, enrobed in dark chocolate, surrounded by graham, pretzel and almond crunch and finished with a hot caramel drizzle.

We received some of the saddest news we could while we were running GLASS at The Ramble Festival. Dane Fish was a man with a huge heart and gracious spirit that made you wish that you met him earlier in life. He and his partner in life and all of its major, and sometimes trivial, tribulations Ann Liddick treated everyone that came by Lazy Daze Boutique with a kindness and neighborly approach that just spread the best vibes. We are so happy that we got to see Dane at Strange Soiree and feed him while having a great conversation that made us all laugh. Knowing him fed our soul and many events like Threestival will never be the same. We will miss him, and all he brought to this world and the festival scene. Condolences and love go out from us to everyone he touched. Please remember to never neglect what could be your last interaction. Rest well Dane and please know that we will all do our best for you and Peggy.

Today's rice bowls may get you animated and ready to go. We took our ground meats and vegan options to Japan. Umami sushi rice is topped with a choice of: ginger and garlic beef; Morgan Creek Farms pork gyoza style with scallion and sweet chili; 5 spice and curry chicken; beets meat; frickin' fake chicken; or a sweet corn and onion cake. The proteins then get topped with a ground kohlrabi, Swiss chard, onion, cucumber, carrot and pepper slaw that is paired with a plant based wasabi aioli.

To say the last two weeks were awesome is an understatement. We spent time with friends we call family, heard amazing music, served food and drinks to many and laughed while we worked. Thank you to our partners at and for providing fun, safe events that we love to be a part of. Most of the memories live in our heads because we forget to take pictures but we did catch , and on stage.
