Sour Cherry Soda: A little nostalgia in a glass. 🍒✨ Our newest summer mocktail brings back all the memories of ordering a classic Shirley Temple, but with a fresh, tart twist. Made with real sour cherries, it’s a bubbly, refreshing treat the kids will love—and the perfect canvas for adults looking to spike their soda.⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠

Blackberry Lavender Molten Cake: A reimagined version of our beloved summer molten cake. This revamp features a decadent lavender custard alongside our signature lavender white chocolate crumble. The blackberry jam, crafted simply from blackberries and sugar, delivers a concentrated berry punch that perfectly balances the floral lavender notes. We heard you loud and clear and we're happy to announce she’s back on the menu! 🍫🍒. This nostalgic dessert features three layers of moist, tender chocolate cake filled and frosted with a rich, scratch-made cocoa buttercream. It’s served alongside a glossy compote of Washington Bing cherries, slowly simmered with star anise and a bold red wine. Brittany was inspired by her own mom’s favorite things when creating this dish: fudgy cake, local cherries, and a great glass of red. Generously sized and perfect for sharing, it’s a sweet reminder of the joy a big slice of cake brings to life.⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠

For the first time, we are rolling out a seasonal molten cake and shake that will be taking center stage for the entirety of the summer months!

Chef Brittany and the team have woven in the very best in-season PNW ingredients to keep things bright and balanced. From fresh local berries to comforting, nostalgic bakes, this menu celebrates the long, sun-soaked days we've all been waiting for. Whether you are local, or visiting for the Fifa World Cup, taste what summer in the PNW is all about!
