People ask me about the uncertainty of cooking in unfamiliar situations and the stress of the kitchen.

Yes it’s true that it has high pressure moments. But I definitely love that about my industry. It feeds that competitive creature inside me.

I’m a bit of a free spirit so I love getting to see new places and meet new people. I also love people so making these connections at each event is very rewarding.

Meditation helps so I can hear the creative nudges and focus.

It’s an honor to be a small part of your special moments and thank you for the opportunity to share my creative expression with you.

Working alongside the chef/owner in the prep kitchen and at offsite events. We are a female owned and operated Personal Chef and Premium Catering company that specializes in dinner parties and special events. Our menus are all scratch, seasonal, and typically coursed and plated. We are cooking something new every week since I don't have set menu offerings and each event menu is different.

Qualities I'm looking for:
- High standards
- Positive attitude
- Able to receive feedback and make adjustments
- Works with a sense of urgency
- Team player
- Punctual
- Reliable
- Respectful

Requirements:
- Have your own knives
- Current food handlers card by start date
- Have your own transportation
- Basic knife skills

Shifts are broken down into two categories:
Prepping in my commercial kitchen in the North Seattle/Shoreline area. Working closely with myself in a calm and professional kitchen. The shifts are approximately noon-6pm.
Cooking offsite at clients homes or other locations. Typical shift would be Saturday 4-9pm.
