The Point is for sale for $220,000 That’s cheaper than a 3 bedroom house. The restaurant area has had some renovations and a lot of upgrades to the building. All new roof, windows, siding, furnaces and AC units. Interior needs some projects finished. Live upstairs in the spacious 3 bedroom apartment and finish the restaurant your way.
