I want to say thank you to my Kaci Creole supporters. It has been the greatest experience a man could ask for to serve you across ENC. After 3 years on this journey God is directing me onto a different path and I thank him for the lessons I've gained. I will be the Executive Chef at Villedge in the Greenville Hilton starting in the next couple weeks. And yes that means I will be selling my Food Truck but I will be creating more Kaci Creole dishes in a full kitchen. Once I get organized I will be posting pictures. I hope you will come out and eat with me at Villedge at the Hilton..... Laissez les bon temps rouler!
