What a kickoff to Maine Restaurant Week!
To everyone who purchased Spirit Quest tickets and joined us today, THANK YOU. So many groups of friends reconnecting, first-timers diving in, chefs and bartenders flexing their creativity. It was a wonderfully fun start to MRW. The results truly speak for themselves.

Bite: Tuna tartare tostada - corn tortilla, red onion, Sazon aioli, passion fruit pique.
Sip: Mami Chula - vanilla vodka, fresh passion fruit, Passoã, lime, Cava custard foam, parcha jello dot.
Tropical, textured, and layered with contrast, and undeniably crowd-pleasing.
