Awesome bake day. Had mostly basic pies but these three stood out.

Funky Rib - BBQ rib, pickled jalapenos, onions. (This was for my cousin and he dropped off the meat.)

Margarita - tomatoes and he asked for banana peppers.

Tomato Pie - just sauce, well done! This one looks awesome

I HAVE DONE IT... The recipes are Perfected!

Week 2 dough recipe, week 6 sauce recipe, and week 1's fermentation.

Dough Recipe

900g high protein bread flour
100g high protein organic whole wheat flour
600g room temp Detroit tap water
30g Sea Salt
30g table sugar
20g Olive oil
7g dry active yeast.

Sauce Recipe

96oz Cento crushed all purpose tomatoes
2 TSP dried Basil
2 TSP dried Oregano
2 TSP table Salt
2 TSP fresh diced garlic
4 TSP table sugar
4 TSP olive oil

48 hours cold bulk fermentation.

A big thank you to all my family and friends, some weeks the dough and or the sauce was good, other weeks... not so much. The recipe changed until I landed on the perfect taste.

Amazing day baking pies. I had Nathan as my delivery boy and we made some stomachs happy! ;)

Funky Garden - zucchini, red peppers, jalapeno, anchovies

McFly - BBQ Chicken, green peppers, red onions, bacon and ranch.
