Happy Halloween Eve! The Horse Palace is CLOSED this weekend, but come see us at The Igloo!! We will have our Haunted Cocoa Bar, sandwiches, and ice cream!

This event is a fundraiser for Elko Hockey! They are working towards building a new ice rink with a roof to extend their season every year and provide open skate on the ice too! Their hockey program won Best Youth Activity in the Readers Choice Awards, and we can vouch for this amazing program. Come support them!

I’ve been out for a few days, but not “off.” Thankful the girls could hold down the fort while I got feeling better. Spent a lot of time planning for the upcoming holiday season! Here’s a sneak peak!!

Words cannot express how thankful we are for your continued support of our big dream. I started by saying “I just want to sell ice cream and make people smile.” Then it was “ice cream and sandwiches.” A brick & mortar location wasn’t really in my plans, but consisting my health issues, I’m sure glad I took the leap and added burgers too!! My team has worked hard this year, and especially this past week while I’ve been out, so I’m very thankful for them too!!

The next time you’re hungry, come see us at one of Elko’s best locally-owned, family restaurants and food trucks, where you can get an award-winning burger and dessert!! 🍔 🍦

10/29/2026

We are open at The Horse Palace from 4-8:30 tonight! Then we will be closed until Tuesday so we can have the trailer at Elko Hockey Association’s Trick or Treat Street at The Igloo! A portion of our proceeds will be donated, so come hungry!

Happy Tuesday!!

We are open at The Horse Palace from 4-7:30 today. As I’m still a little under the weather, I’ve stayed out of the kitchen, so we will not have soup today. I guess that’s the only downside to not just opening a pouch or a can and warming up premade soup! Thank you for your understanding!

Tuesdays are usually slow, so if you’ve been wanting to try us, tonight is a good night!
