We’re Pedro & Riccy, the family behind Taqueria Maverick, and along with our two beautiful kids, Maverick & Anna, we’re so excited to share our story and bring our food to the Harris County TX community! 🌮❤️

Our food trailer is named after our son Maverick, whose story reminds us every day of God’s faithfulness and why we started this dream. While we’re still finishing up permits and final touches, we’ve also started doing Taquiza events for friends, family, and community gatherings—and we’d love to bring one to your next celebration! Our son doesn’t know it yet… but this trailer carries his name and his story. ❤️
Maverick is our inspiration. At only 2½ years old he has already gone through chemotherapy, countless scans, and continues to face a rare cancer-like condition with so much strength.
Watching him has changed our lives. He reminds us every day what courage really looks like.
We’re chasing this dream so we can give him the best life possible.
This is for you, son. Our hero. ❤️
