Where does the water go?
At CityPlace at Springwoods Village, stormwater management is more than a functional necessity. It is an integral part of the landscape experience.
Through thoughtful grading, native planting, filtration, and an interconnected system of ponds, OJB transformed stormwater infrastructure into a landscape that manages runoff, supports biodiversity, and creates opportunities for people to engage with nature.
With the capacity to accommodate up to 126 million gallons of water during storm conditions, the landscape demonstrates how environmental performance and thoughtful design can work together.
Because water is not simply something to manage. It is an opportunity to shape more resilient, connected, and meaningful places.
