The whole recipe:
1 decaf cold brew sachet
1 jar of cold water
1 night in the fridge

In the morning, remove the sachet, pour over ice, add a splash of milk if that's your thing - and you've got real cold brew with none of the afternoon crash (and NO MESS!)

I do this every night and my tomorrow's self always thanks me.

I spent years believing things about decaf that turned out to be flat out wrong!

Most of what people "know" about decaf comes from a bad cup they had years ago but, GOOD decaf is a whole other story.

It wasn't until I was diagnosed with extreme adrenal fatigue + Hashimoto's and had to quit caffeine that all these symptoms made sense.

Most decaf gets stripped with chemicals.
Ours...just water.

That's the whole difference nobody's talking about.

We didn't pick the Swiss Water process because we thought it would be trendy - we picked it because it's the only way we drink it ourselves.

We are Carol and Eric, husband/wife duo.

We've been roasting coffee for almost 10 years and one thing hasn't changed...our passion for crafting FREAKING DELICIOUS DECAF.

No one should have to settle for mediocre just because you don't want the buzz.

We are intentional about the green coffee we source, the decaffeination method used, and the particulars of how we roast each coffee to bring out all its flavor which result in decaf that stands out above the rest.

My "break up with caffeine, but cant find good decaf" story is probably a lot like yours.

We're here to change that narrative.
