One of the best experiences in Chile was eating dinner at .cocina.frutillar this is a beautiful family owned and ran restaurant with a very unique style.
This gorgeous eclectic restaurant lies in one of the oldest buildings around.
The food is grown right there in Frutillar and the menu changes daily to accommodate the produce that is currently being grown at the time.
Dinner began with a lovely salad with arugula and cherry tomatoes, with a Dijon dressing and sunflower seeds.
For my father, he chose the mushroom soup of the day. It had a lovely umami flavor!
I had the ribs with roasted potatoes and he had the pork with creamy polenta. And it sure was the creamiest polenta I’ve ever tried.
This lovey dinner ended with an espresso for dad, and I tried a lemon and mint infusion hot tea.
The decor and the vibes were immaculate. The chefs let me walk around the open kitchen and soak in everything going on around me.
The views, the staff, and the food are unmatched. You definitely have to stop by and visit on your next trip to Chile 😍
