A VERY rare sight around here… 👀🍦🍹

There are only a couple times a year when we walk into our storage unit and see THIS much empty space.

And today there’s a pretty good reason for it…

8 of our machines are all at ONE event. 🤯

Yep. Eight machines. One event. 😂

Any guesses where they are this week? 👀

We’ll give you a hint… this isn’t our first time there. 😏

An empty storage unit around here is usually a pretty good sign. It means the machines aren’t sitting on the shelves — they’re out doing exactly what we bought them to do: making events sweeter. ❤️

So we’re going to enjoy all this extra room while it lasts…

Because they’ll all be coming home soon. 😂🍦🍹

🎃🍦 Who says Halloween treats have to come in a candy wrapper?

We recently got to be part of the CUTEST Halloween-themed birthday party, and these pictures were too good not to share! 👻🕷️

One of our favorite things is seeing how customers take our machines and make them completely their own. This family absolutely nailed it — from the Halloween details to the treats, everything came together perfectly for such a fun birthday celebration.

And getting pictures like these after an event is always one of our favorite surprises. We get to see everything while we’re setting up, but getting a glimpse of the party once it all comes to life is even better. ❤️

Halloween birthday + unlimited soft serve? That’s going to be pretty hard to beat. 🎃🍦

He showed up in uniform… but still needed Dad to drive him to work. 😂🍦

Another wedding setup this past weekend, and one of our smallest crew members decided to tag along.

One of our favorite parts of building Sweet Treat Rentals has been getting to bring our kids along for the ride. They get to see everything that happens before the first swirl is ever served — loading, unloading, setting up, cleaning and all the little things that happen behind the scenes.

He may not have his driver’s license yet, but at least he came dressed for the job. 😂

These are the kinds of Saturdays we know we’ll look back on one day and miss. ❤️

Anybody else have employees who still need a ride to work? 😂👇

Well… after all that rain yesterday, we finally found out what it was trying to tell us. 🌧️😂

Honestly, solid advice. 🍦

Who are we to argue with Mother Nature?

The rain has spoken. 😂

Unfortunately, we do love all of it. 😂❤️

The machines. The flavors. The crazy weekends. The loaded trailers. The people we meet. And getting to be a tiny part of so many celebrations.

Okay, your turn…

Unfortunately, you DO love _______. 👇

No judgment. 😂

☕❄️ NATIONAL COFFEE DAY… BUT MAKE IT FROZEN.

It’s National Coffee Day, and around here we like our coffee a little different. 😏

Meet our Cold Brew Mocha Frozen Coffee — because apparently we looked at coffee and thought, “You know what this needs? A frozen drink machine.” 😂

Rich, creamy, chocolatey coffee goodness served frozen is pretty great on its own…

But then there’s the Frozen Coffee Bar. 😍

Whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, cookie crumbles, toffee bits, mini chocolate chips and plenty of ways to load it up exactly how you want it.

And for the grown-ups? A little Kahlúa, Baileys, RumChata or your favorite addition can turn it into an entirely different kind of coffee break. 😉

Sure, the weather is finally starting to cool down…

But we’re in Alabama. We’re not putting the frozen drink machines away just yet. 😂

Weddings, showers, brunches, corporate events, tailgates, girls’ nights — we’re pretty convinced there’s not a bad occasion for a Frozen Coffee Bar.

So in honor of National Coffee Day…

How are you ordering yours? 👇

☕ Keep it simple
🍫 Load me up with ALL the toppings
🥃 Make mine the adult version 😉

Happy National Coffee Day from Sweet Treat Rentals! ☕❤️

🍦🍹 WAIT… YOU CAN PICK IT UP?!

Yep! You don’t always need delivery and a full setup to add a Sweet Treat machine to your event.

Pickup is available for several of our rental options:

🍦 Single-Flavor Soft Serve
🍹 Single-Flavor Frozen Drink/Slushie
🍹🍹 Two-Flavor Frozen Drink/Slushie

That makes pickup a great option for birthdays, showers, family get-togethers, tailgates, office parties, neighborhood events… or really any occasion that could use unlimited ice cream or frozen drinks. 😂

We’ll walk you through everything you need to know before you leave, so you can load up, take the machine to your event and let the fun begin!

Need something to put it on? We’ve got you covered there, too! Our carts can be picked up along with your machine — just keep in mind they’ll require a little extra room in your vehicle.

Pro tip: Bring an appetite… and some muscle. 😂💪 These machines aren’t light, so plan to bring an extra set of hands for pickup!

We love watching customers pull away with one of our machines knowing there’s about to be a very happy group of people wherever they’re headed. ❤️

Big celebration or small gathering, sometimes you don’t need the full setup.

Sometimes you just need the machine. 🍦🍹

So now we’re curious…

If you were picking one up this weekend, what are you choosing — SOFT SERVE 🍦 or SLUSHIES 🍹?

🍦 HIS or HERS? 💍

We’ve been part of a lot of weddings, but this was a first for us — and we absolutely loved the idea! ❤️

For their wedding at Casey Acres at Chigger Ridge Farms, LLC , this couple put their own spin on dessert by creating two Signature Sweets:

🍓🍫 HIS — Chocolate Covered Strawberry
A twist of Strawberry + Chocolate soft serve

🍍🥥 HERS — Piña Colada
A twist of Vanilla + Pineapple soft serve

They even had a custom sign made showing guests exactly how to create each one. Such a fun way to make their soft serve bar feel completely personal to them!

And we have to mention the setting. 😍 Casey Acres describes itself as a “post and beam barn style venue with a touch of elegance,” and between the beautiful property, those views, and all of the little details being brought together for the wedding, we can definitely see why. 🤍

We grabbed these pictures while the planners were still working their magic and getting everything ready for the celebration — but we couldn’t leave without snapping a few of the venue too!

Now for the important question… 😂

If you could only choose ONE, which are you trying?

🍓🍫 HIS — Chocolate Covered Strawberry
or
🍍🥥 HERS — Piña Colada

Drop HIS or HERS in the comments! 👇

“Do ice cream for me”… we feel that. 😂🍦

In honor of National Ice Cream Cone Day, here’s a little compilation of some of our favorite swirls. 😍

Now tell us — which flavor are you hoping comes out of the machine next? 👀👇

🍦✨ Sweet treats with a view… and WHAT a view! 😍

We recently had the opportunity to set up at Stone Haven in Section, Alabama, and this venue is absolutely stunning!

With its beautiful Italian-inspired style and incredible views overlooking the Tennessee River, it’s one of those places where you can’t help but stop for a minute and take it all in. ⛰️🤍

We get to visit some amazing venues across Alabama, and getting to set up our soft serve machines in places like this is definitely one of the perks of the job. 🍦

Beautiful venue, incredible views, a special celebration, and unlimited soft serve… sounds like a pretty sweet combination to us! 😉

Thank you for letting Sweet Treat Rentals be a small part of the day. We hope we get to make our way back to Stone Haven again soon!

And seriously… can you imagine watching the sunset over the Tennessee River from here?! 😍
