Dear Valued Customers,

It is with mixed emotions that we announce the closing of our first Cibus Latin Fusion (1 Woodend Rd. Stratford, CT Location ONLY). Since we opened our doors on June 7, 2016, we have been honored to serve you and be a part of this wonderful community. Your support and loyalty have meant the world to us, and we are deeply grateful for every moment and meal shared with you.

Our final day of service will be Saturday, July 20, 2024. We hope to see you all before we close our doors to create a few more memories together.

However, this is not goodbye. Our journey continues at our other locations, and we are excited to keep serving you at Cibus Dos in Stratford and Cibus Latin Fusion in Fairfield.

To better serve you, we will be updating the hours at Cibus Dos as follows:

New Cibus Dos Hours:

Sunday & Monday: 11 AM - 9 PM
Tuesday - Thursday: 11 AM - 1 AM (Dine-in until 9 PM; full menu for takeout; bar open with food until 1 AM)
Friday & Saturday: 11 AM - 1 AM (Dine-in until 10 PM; full menu for takeout; bar open with food until 1 AM)

We look forward to welcoming you at Cibus Dos (Stratford) and Cibus Latin Fusion (Fairfield), where we will continue to bring you the flavors and experiences you love.
