A little update from Deano’s Trattoria ...

If you've ever renovated a kitchen at home, you know how it goes...

You start with a timeline, then suddenly you're waiting on cabinets, materials, or the one contractor every project depends on.

Opening a restaurant from the ground up has felt a lot like that.

With our first restaurant, Dean Martin’s Lanning’s, we had the advantage of working with an established restaurant and were able to renovate while staying open. Deano’s is a little different. Building something new means every detail, every delivery, and every finishing touch has to come together at just the right time.

While we're opening a little later than originally planned due to contractor and vendor timing, we're using that time to make sure everything is exactly as it should be before we welcome you in.

Thank you for your patience, support, and excitement. We’re incredibly close, and we can't wait to share Deano’s with you.

It's been a whirlwind, but we are nearing the finish line and could not be more proud of the space, our management team and staff - the culture that the Dean Martin brand brings to this concept is a thread woven throughout every element.

Those who are familiar with our first concept, Dean Martin's Lanning's will appreciate the consistency in quality of food, service, atmosphere and overall experience and we are confident that those who are new to the brand will immediately take notice of the thought and intention behind what we have created for our guests to enjoy.

We officially had the grand opening of Capriccio’s in Solon . Stay tuned for when our strongsville location will open!
