Wanted to try something new today while I practiced for my son's birthday cake.
Let me introduce you to.... Salted Caramel Sugar Cookie sandwiches with a salted caramel buttercream filling. These might be my new favorite thing!!
**these are on the smaller side, maybe a little over 2 inches wide

Every once in a while I have a genius idea for events that we need to take food to. This time that idea was Strawberry Cheesecake Sugar Cookies, made with real strawberry pieces and not strawberry purée or strawberry pie filling! I hope the guys enjoy these tomorrow!

Tried something new over the weekend and tried my hand at gluten free cinnamon rolls with vanilla cream cheese icing!!
I baked the small end pieces that were left over just so we could try them. I'm really happy with the way they came out, they tasted really good!! I hope the customer liked them as well.

It's cocoa & cappuccino cup/bomb season!
I'll be taking orders for these from now until December 27th with the last drop off day being December 28th. This is the only time I'll be making these this year since I'm having neck surgery on December 29th. As long as you keep them in a cool dry area they're good for up to 2 months!

Out of curiosity, if I made paint your own Christmas sugar cookie or a decorate your own Christmas sugar cookie box how many people would be interested? Each box will have 6 cookies and roughly cost $25.

It'll be the last thing I'll be able to make for anyone until the end of January since I'm having neck surgery on December 29th.

The past few years Ellis has given me different vehicles he'd like on his cake, this year was no different. Instead of ordering an edible image I decided to draw it out in buttercream and paint it with gold luster dust to get the gold color he wanted.
