Rivalry for a Reason: The Palmetto Paint-Off!
As the Palmetto rivalry fires up, we’re turning that same spirit of loyalty into something truly meaningful for one of our own.
Meet Kendyll Hallmark — a Summerville native, former La Rustica team member, and now a proud student at Clemson. Many of you watched her grow up right here in our community. What you may not know is that behind her gentle smile is a young woman who’s overcome spinal surgery, helped care for her severely autistic sister, graduated at the top of her class, and discovered an extraordinary gift for painting. She is an extraordinary young woman.
To honor her talent and help support her education, we’re hosting a special auction featuring two original rivalry paintings — one Clemson, one Carolina — created by Kendyll herself.
And here’s the truth:
These paintings deserve to belong to the truest fans.
La Rustica is fully sponsoring the cost of both artworks.
If the reserve price isn’t met, we will personally purchase them — because we believe in Kendyll that much.
But we hope they end up in the hands of the fans who feel this rivalry in their bones.
So who’s going to step up?
Will Clemson supporters rally behind one of their own?
Will Carolina fans outbid their rivals and claim victory?
