Say hello to our newest addition to the Dirtbag BBQ fleet! Meet Betty. She’s a fresh build and has never been cooked on! Getting her seasoned with red oak. Got the smoke chamber oiled up to soak up that sticky smoke. 👌🏻

Bbq sandwiches were a success! Smoked pork shoulder and homemade bbq sauce on store bought buns. Dirtbag style. 🤌🏻 I’m so full I can’t breathe.
