About Wicked Fiyah Pizza Co.
Wicked Fiyah Pizza Co. was born from family, tradition, and a lifelong respect for the craft of cooking. Our roots run deep in Italy — with my mother’s side of the family coming from Calabria and my father’s side tracing back to the small Sicilian village of Santa Ninfa.
My Nana made sure we always knew where we came from. She kept our family’s traditions and stories alive, especially the story of my grandfather, Giuseppe Navata, a chef who dedicated himself to the culinary arts. His passion for cooking and his journey of learning the craft in Italy, including time in the Tuscany region, became a part of the legacy passed down through our family.
In Italian families, food is more than just something you eat — it’s love, history, and connection. It’s gathering around the table, sharing stories, and creating memories. Those values plus Boston roots are the foundation of Wicked Fiyah.
Today, we honor that heritage while creating something uniquely our own — combining old-world Italian inspiration with bold flavors and our own American twist. Every pizza we make carries a piece of our family’s story, from the villages of Italy to our home here in South Carolina.
