It's Saturday at Primal'Cue, and we've got everything you need for a great weekend.

Today's special is our Brisket Loaded Baked Potato for just $12. We start with a baked potato, pile it high with slow-smoked brisket, smother it in beer cheese, top it with pickled jalapeños and crispy fried onions, and serve it with a side of sour cream.

We'll have Yacht Rock playing all day, the smoker rolling, and our famous Smoked Bloody Marys ready to kick off your weekend the right way.

It's Friday at Primal'Cue, and you know what that means!

Today's special is the Double Brisket Burger.

We start with a juicy burger, then pile on chopped smoked brisket, pepper jack cheese, pickled jalapeños, crispy fried onions, and finish it with our house BBQ sauce, all on a toasted bun. Served with your choice of side for $18.

Friday also means $3 Brandy Old Fashioneds all day and $3 pints of Pitmaster Pils during Happy Hour from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

This Week at Primal'Cue

The smokers are rolling, the drinks are cold, and we've got something happening all week long.

Wednesday – Trivia Night Put your knowledge to the test with Premier Trivia starting at 6:30 PM. Gather your smartest friends, enjoy some great barbecue, and compete for bragging rights.

Thursday – Co****le Night Grab a partner and hit the boards. Cold bucket beer deals, wood-fired barbecue, and a great night on the patio make Thursday the perfect excuse to get together.

Friday – Double Brisket Burger This week's burger special is our Double Brisket Burger, stacked with twice the smoky goodness you've been craving. Pair it with $3 Old Fashioneds and $3 pints of Pitmaster Pils for a Friday that's hard to beat.

🇺🇸 Happy Fourth of July! 🇺🇸

Primal'Cue will be closed today so our crew can spend the holiday with their family and friends.

We hope you have a safe, fun Independence Day filled with great food, great company, and plenty of time around the grill. We'll be back firing up the smokers on Tuesday.
