Happy TUESDAY!! This week in the ‘prepping for Fall’ kitchen we have tested two NEW COFFEES!! The Freeze Dryer is making this process so much faster and lets us bring even more flavors!!

Today I’m enjoying the New Caramel Cinnamon French Toast Coffee! Fresh made Caramel Dried and infused into our special instant coffee with that flare of Cinnamon and perfect pillowy French Toast!!

One of the perks my family will tell you about that comes with living with a Bakery owner…getting to have all the ‘test runs’ for a new product 😂🤷🏻‍♀️🎃 and well the new Fall line up seems to be perfect so far!

P.S. Only 9 more weeks till we reach the ‘ber months!! AND Dollywood and Buc-ees wont hold a candle to this…just a little hint!

Happy Fri-YAY!! It’s been an EXTRA BUSY WEEK prepping, planning, baking delivery orders & farming!

I KNOW it’s been awfully long since you have seen us pop up at markets, I PROMISE once the cooler weather comes back and I’m off of light outdoor duty we will be back!

Please know that with our food being 100% farm fresh with no additives or chemicals it means that it takes A LOT more time than just in our kitchen! Our daily lives revolve around the care of our crops, herb beds, etc and ensuring our ingredients are well stocked.

We STILL deliver weekly to numerous houses and businesses and re-open for sewing and cooking classes starting in August!

We offer classes for private groups, Girl Scouts, Church events and even couples!

Happy 4th of July Cottage Peeps!! we hope you are having a fantastic weekend and staying safe!

Irelands favorite thing forever and ever has been a cookie fruit tart… Back when she was a little girl and learning how to bake Grammy and Papa bought her a cooking around the world kit, and it was one of the first things that she learned how to make and she continued to perfect it and make it for many many years… Now she doesn’t like getting in the kitchen so much so I make them!
