I grew up in a small town on the Maine coast where I became interested in cooking at the age of 5. By the time I graduated high school I had worked 4 years at severa

l restaurants as a line cook and baker. I attended Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI where I graduated cm laude with an A.A.S in Baking and Pastry Arts. Cakes and pastries are a passion and I love creating one of a kind delectable works of art.

Sold out of jerk chicken n rice and baked beans but still have Cole slaw, blackened chicken meals, Mac n cheese, baked goods!!

Just finished Blueberry Jam and Strawberry Jam is almost ready to Jar up for today!

This Week is more of a Caribbean theme and next week we are planning a Southern Sweet BBQ theme menu as well as a little Italian thrown in for fun

I am still open today (Saturday June 13) I still have broccoli, salad, potato and corn chowder, classic, sweet macaroni salad, chicken, Florentine over herb, feta, orzo, pasta, meals, roasted veggie quiche, we still have blueberry pies, blueberry muffins, raspberry, pastries, whoopee, vanilla, bean, shortbread, cookies, and M&M ganache brownies, as well as some jam and pepper jam left. Come on down and grab some good food.
