Establishing a business is not for the faint of heart. It is hard, it is grueling, but it is so worth it!!! I wanted to share in addition to just selling cheesecakes, I also offer services for bridal showers, baby showers, graduations, etc. One of my favorites I've done in the past was my ghiradelli dark chocolate covered raspberry swirl cheesecakes. These are about 4" long and about 2" wide - just as a reference. I also make these a truffles.

I'll be at the Fitz, this Thursday night - Along with great entertainment and socializing with the community, I'll also be providing some of my delicious cheesecakes. On the menu:
White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake (made with Gluten Free Products) - Ghirrardelli white chocolate infused cheesecake, with swirls of raspberry compote, resting on a gluten free vanilla cookie crust.
Peanutbutter brownie Cheesecake - A rich triple fudge brownie base starts this cheesecake off, next is a peanutbutter infused cheesecake batter, with swirls of peanutbutter caramel topping. Oh so good!
Vanilla Latte Cheesecake starts with a chocolate cookie crust, a rich espresso flavored cheesecake swirled with a very vanilla cheesecake topping. This is decorated with coffee infused chocolate ganache.

Custom candy bar cheesecake. Made with a shortbread crust, rich caramel flavored cheesecake topped with hand made caramel sauce and deep fudge ganache.
