YOU DID IT!!

60 classes in 60 (59) DAYS!!

Her words after 60 classes in a row: “I have no pain. From someone who had ruptured disks, a lot of pain, didn’t want to leave the couch… to a weekend with my husband emptying a house all weekend with furniture, and tons of heavy stuff for days in a row.. and I didn’t even feel anything after!! I have no pain anymore.”

And we’d like to add…she moves SO WELL! Beautiful backbend, beautiful triangle, beautiful person!

This is such a big deal…

If you don’t know Lisa, you need to!!
She is such an encouraging and supportive community member; she will always cheer you on !! And make you laugh. 💟🙌🎉🌞

When we met Lisa a few months ago, she came in & while introducing herself said “just so you know, I probably won’t be back, I hate hot yoga…”

And we kinda laughed, considering we both knew what she was signing up for was heated… 😂 she did it anyway… and then did it again… and again…

Coming 1-2-3 times a week… and now every day!!! She did this!!!

She said even though she doesn’t love being hot, she can’t deny how good she feels when she does it.

She added yoga shapeshifting and often does them back to back because how amazing of a combination they are!

We are SO HAPPY for you Lisa!! Hot yoga & yoga shapeshifting forever….

There are many reasons why they are both on the schedule every day…

When you do it… you cant help but FEEL better than ever 🥹💜

Sam has de-aged and de-puffed! In such a short amount of time… everyone tells him “you look 10+ years younger!”

When Sam first started… he couldn’t balance on one foot for more than a second or two… now look!

When I talked to him, he couldn’t turn his head… (really stiff) he had to turn his whole body to look at anyone or anything to his R/L side…

The other day, I was standing to his left and said “Sam.. you’ve changed so much!” And he turned his head my direction and said “I know!!!” And then we both celebrated… he didn’t have to turn his whole body!! His neck moved!!! Independently… 🩵

It’s so huge…. So amazing… and VERY FUN!!!

He is moving better, bright eyes, feeling way more energy, less stiff and loves the way he feels!!!

…. There was mention of 100 days…. 😂✨

Really, just showing up is the most important thing!! Move what you can… it will all catch up and change as you keep coming.

Every level matters!!!

She did 60 classes in 60 days!!!

She has changed SO much…not that she wasn’t already on her way… however, things happen so fast when you do it, Every single day.

We must remember, “it doesn’t have to be perfect, it just has to be!”

And she came to class, willing to do what she could each time, and WOW!! It’s been the most magical thing to witness.

Her backbends are more round, her shoulder blades are becoming visible in the mirror with arms over head, her smile is BIG and eyes are GLOWING… her skin has de-aged… she has more stillness in her practice… she is so strong!!! And feels “FABULOUS”
