Our salad is Watermelon 🍉 Salad: watermelon, pickled red onion, baby arugula, feta & balsamic reduction.

We are open Wednesday through Friday, 11AM-2PM and 5- 8PM each day.

NEW HOURS!!!

As some of you have been regretting not being able to get to us more in the evenings, we have made some changes to our schedule, in order to better accommodate those of you who cannot reach us at lunch. We will now be closed Mondays and Tuesdays but open Wednesday, Thursday and Friday for Lunch & Dinner, 11 AM to 2 PM and 5 PM to 8 PM at 305 N. Pearl Steet, Trenton TX, 75490.

Our special this week: B.L.T. with Chef Michael’s famous Pimento Cheese. Bacon with shredded romaine & heirloom tomatoes, seasoned w/ salt & pepper. Available with Pimento Cheese w/ Serrano peppers.

Our special Salad: Cucumber Salad: Seedless cuke, olive oil, red onion, lemon, apple cider vinegar, dill, chives & honey.

We hope y’all had a wonderful 4th of July weekend, special time with family and friends and full tummies with great foods!
We will be closed this Monday, July 7th, but we will be open for Lunch 11 - 2 on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. Dinner service on Thursday 5PM - 8PM.

Our special this week: Fried Beef Bologna Sandwich. Made with your preference of sauces, cheeses, & veg. Served with Fries, Tots, or Chips & Salsa.

Special #2: Deviled Egg Pasta Salad: elbow pasta in dijonnaise sauce, tossed with boiled egg, bacon bits, celery, scallions and parsley.

A big thank you to all those who came and visited us tonight for the Trenton 4th of July celebration! We loved seeing our little pavillion so busy with happy faces and we loved serving y’all! 🙂

We will be back to our regular menu this next week, with our fresh Tuna salad croissant and Chicken Caesar pasta salad as our specials.
For this special 4th of July week, we will also be serving Funnel Cakes (regular or sprangled) until we sell out.
We will also have 4 choices of Ice Cream bars (Snickers bar, Cones, Fat Boy and a Keto Crunchy Caramel).
Come see us at our regular hours, Mon-Thu 11-2 PM with evening service on Thursday from 5-8 PM.
