Can’t believe it's Salt and Vinegar’s one year anniversary at Mother Road Market 🥳 Come celebrate with good eats and BIG news…because they are expanding! We are proud to share that Shelby and Spencer are opening their own Okie tex-mex concept in Gunboat Park called Salt & Lime Social! While we are sad to see them leave, we are excited to count them as one of Kitchen 66’s best success stories. From Launch Program graduates to popular MRM merchants and now brick-and-mortar owners, we know they are going to thrive in this next step of their entrepreneurial journey!

P.S. they’ll be with us until late December so come EAT! And stay tuned because you never know when they’ll bring back their original Salt & Vinegar menu to pop-up in the Takeover Cafe 😎

HAPPY ONE-YEAR ANNIVERSARY TO US! From all of us at Salt & Vinegar, thank you Tulsa! We are so grateful for this community and all the support you have shown us. Thank you to our loyal customers, amazing staff and all of those who visit Mother Road Market.

This past year has been a HUGE year of growth. We have decided to take a leap and open our own location with a brand-new concept! Join us in the Gunboat District, 1121 S. Elgin at Salt & Lime Social. Get ready for tacos, tequila and good times! and we are even 🐶 friendly.

So what does this mean for Salt & Vinegar? Our time at Mother Road Market has now come to an end. Salt and Vinegar was our dream from the beginning, and it has been a dream come true watching it come to life! We are very grateful to Mother Road Market and Kitchen 66 for giving us the opportunity to build a strong foundation and launching pad for us. Mother Road Market will always be a part of our story.

December will be our last month at MRM but stay tuned…you might be seeing Salt & Vinegar sooner than you think. In the meantime, we will be moving S&V over to full time catering. We have all your holiday parties covered!

But remember we aren’t gone yet so come grab your favorite dishes at Salt & Vinegar, as we prepare for our next BIG adventure. Tulsa is such a special place, and we are so proud to serve you. Here’s to the bittersweet closing of one door and the opening of many more to come!
