This is the part that makes spooky season so SWEET!

Hi, Colorado Springs!

A little reintroduction feels overdue - I’m Shannon, the baker behind Sweet ConfectShan! I recently moved from Arizona to Colorado Springs, and I’m so excited to bring my little baking business a long for the ride.

A few things about me: I’m a baking and pastry arts grad, a little obsessed with macarons, and happiest when I’m teaching cookie decorating classes.

Sweet ConfectShan is all about cookies, cakes, macarons + classes, and I can’t wait to meet more of you, connect with local businesses, and become part of the Colorado Springs community!

If you’re local, say hi! And if you’ve been here awhile - say heeeyyy again 🤍

SPOOKY season is just around the corner! 🎃👻

Who would want to join my class to decorate some spooky Halloween cookies?! 🍪🕷️🧡

I’m already dreaming up some fun designs for this year’s Halloween cookie decorating class!

BIG NEWS! ✨

Sweet ConfectShan is moving to Colorado! 🏔️💕

This isn’t goodbye—it’s the start of a new chapter. I’m so grateful for every order, market, event, and customer who has supported my small business along the way.

As I make this transition, I’ll be taking a short pause while I get settled. I can’t wait to bring Sweet ConfectShan to Colorado and continue creating beautiful, delicious treats for all of life’s sweetest moments.

Thank you for being part of this journey. Stay tuned for updates, behind-the-scenes moving adventures, and my official Colorado relaunch! 💖

With love,
Shan 🤍
