Good morning to favorite people. I know today is going to be a scorcher. With that being the case, I plan to be at Hilltop Truck Park earlier than usual. My goal is to be there by @9 am. I’m going to try to get set up as quickly as possible. But if you’re planning to come grab eggs, honey or your favorite products. Feel free to come early to help avoid the heat.
Also, please note I am bringing limited eggs and Jam due to the heat. If you’re one of my regular customers that normally grabs six dozen, please come early or message me to hold them. I am looking forward to seeing each of you today. Please be safe and keep hydrated.!

PS I have restocked my Smoked Peach Salsa and added a HOT VERSION to my menu. Also, you will be able to get the Mango Salsa at Justin Farmers Market on August 1st. This is a limited edition. Availability will be determined by how quickly it sells out!

Here it is!! This Saturday's vendor line-up! We hope to see you at our July 11th Market from 9 am to 1 pm. We have some new vendors as well as live music provided by Harper John and knife sharpening by Leach's Sharpening Service!

I have had several people ask me if I can do Mango salsa again. I don’t plan on adding it back into my permanent inventory. But I was considering doing like a couple of small batches and offering it with advance order. I’m sure I will have some extra jars, but this will be a one time for the summer kind of thing. If you would be interested in getting mango salsa, please comment below and I’ll make a decision and post it ASAP.
