Join us for a three-course dinner featuring a Certified Angus Beef Cabernet-Infused Cowboy Steak.
Begin with our Watermelon Salad, prepared with baby arugula, sweet watermelon, red onion, ricotta salata, prosciutto crumbs, and red wine vinaigrette.
The centerpiece is a 20 oz. Certified Angus Beef Cowboy Steak, infused with Cabernet to impart subtle notes of dark fruit, oak, and black pepper. The wine infusion enhances the rich marbling and bold flavor of this bone-in ribeye, creating a steak experience unlike any other.
Finish the evening with our Banana-Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding, served warm with vanilla crème anglaise.
