Easter prime rib orders are filling up! Fresh made Au jus & horseradish sauce also available. Order yours by Tuesday, March 31 for pick up early Sat April 4! Reheat instructions (without overcooking) will be included.

ALERT!!

1. Taking orders for Easter Prime Rib! (Must order by March 31. Pick up in Granbury or Walnut Springs April 4th.) House made au jus & horseradish sauce also available.

2. With grilling season upon us, let me fabricate a whole ribeye, beef tenderloin or NY strip for you.

Service includes:
~Fabricate steaks into desired thickness
~fresh made tallow (w/ribeye & NY strip)
~all vac sealed in quantities of 2.
Also available:
~Tenderize your ribeye or strip before it’s vac sealed! My tenderization method is flavorless and does not affect any seasonings/marinades you may use.
~Make it a party- invite your friends over and I’ll cut the meat and grill up some dinner!

Most ribeye includes 14-16* steaks plus scrap pieces cut bite-size for other dishes & a pint of tallow.

Most tenderloin will produce 8-10 steaks plus scrap pieces cut bite-size for other dishes. (Based on 6-8oz cuts. Quantity varies by weight)

Most NY Strip will produce similar results as ribeye.

*based on 17-18 pounds cut 1-1/4” thick. Of course, we cut to desired thickness!

We've showcased a tidbit of the food side of The Spydie Zone... but the heart and soul of what I do is MARKETING...

A little about Spydie....

Most of you know me from the roadhouse brand I built from nothing to a top 3 roadhouse in Texas. Our brand presence took on a life of its own and it all began with a vision. I bring to the table 30+ years of small business, nonprofit & marketing experience. A mother of 2, grandmother of 5… and somewhere in there, I'm also a trained chef who has taken immense pride in making people happy with my food through my restaurant as well as the private chef world. In addition to the love and passion I have for my family, my passions for veterans, dogs, children and senior citizens are well known among those who have worked with me. 10 years with the Boys & Girls Club helped me become more in tune with the needs of nonprofits which led me down the road to partner with multiple causes through the years, even raising historic funds under my leadership.
