This beer was brewed in collaboration with 24 other New Hampshire craft breweries 🍻 Brewed with a TON of cool hops, including Superdelic, Nectaron, Mosaic Cryo, Centennial, Chinook, Cascade, Columbus, and Simcoe Hyperboost - we can't wait for you to try it!

TUESDAY JUNE 2: 14th Anniversary Beer Release & Industry Night!
Our 14th Anniversary beer is a West Coast Pilsner this year! Industry friends, stop by for a beer and enjoy 20% off your tab. We will also have live acoustic music by Stephen Decuire starting at 6pm.

WEDNESDAY JUNE 3: TGIW + Patio Pup Night with Motley Mutts
Our TGIW special, plus meet adoptable pups from Motley Mutts on the patio starting at 5pm!

THURSDAY JUNE 4: Music Bingo
Music Bingo kicking off at 7pm, wear 603 Brewery gear and get your first beer for $1!

FRIDAY JUNE 5: Best of 603 Bites + Live Music
The fun continues this 603 celebration week with "Best Bites", featuring fan favorite menu items from across the years! Enjoy drink bucket specials as well. And live music by Kooked Out starts at 5pm!

SATURDAY JUNE 6: Patio Party + Live DJ
It's a Patio Party! We will have T-Roys BBQ, Ken & Mimi's Popcorn freshly popped on site, Wagon Wheels mini donuts truck, and a live DJ from Get Down Tonight Entertainment. DJ will be on from 4pm-8pm. Food and drink bucket specials to be announced!

SUNDAY JUNE 7: NH Golf Takeover
NH Golf will be joining us as we round out our 603 Week celebrations! Their team will be on site with swag and info about joining the 603 Golf Club. Dryvebox Mobile Golf Simulator will be here from 2pm–5pm.

This TGIW is best enjoyed with a cold Summatime on the patio 🍻 This week we have a BBQ chicken wrap, with shredded lettuce, chopped red onion, peppers, roasted corn, and pepper jack cheese, served with fries. Pair with Summatime Session Ale: The bright citrus notes of the Summatime (meyer lemon and grapefruit zest) cut right through the richness of the pepper jack cheese and smoky BBQ chicken, keeping every bite fresh and lively. The ale's light golden body doesn’t overpower the wrap, instead complementing the sweetness of the roasted corn and peppers. That hint of sweet cherry in the finish plays beautifully against the tangy BBQ sauce, while the crisp carbonation acts as a palate cleanser between bites. This week join us for a pairing just as refreshing as knowing true patio weather is just around the corner. This week's TGIW: a bright and clean chicken crêpese, an asiago crêpe filled with grilled chicken, heirloom tomatoes, little leaf lettuce, house made fresh mozzarella with a white balsamic aioli. Enjoy it with a refreshing pint of Summatime Session IPA. The chicken crêpese and Summatime are the definition of New Hampshire summer comfort food. The beer’s bright citrus character of meyer lemon, grapefruit zest, and navel orange lifts the flavors of the marinated grilled chicken and fresh mozzarella, while its crisp, refreshing finish keeps the creamy white balsamic aioli from feeling too rich. Fresh basil, heirloom tomatoes, and the light Asiago crepe bring out the beer’s vibrant garden-fresh personality, creating a pairing that feels bright, clean, and easy drinking.

We were also excited to learn of our addition wins in The Hippo’s categories of Best Bar with an outdoor deck, and Best Restaurant With outdoor seating.
