PUPS on the Patio is back this Sunday, May 31 from 2pm-4pm! 🐾

We’re welcoming our friends from Coco’s Heart Dog Rescue to the patio for an afternoon of adoptable pups, tail wags, and maybe even a few love-at-first-sight moments.

Come sip, hang, meet some very good dogs, and learn more about the amazing work Coco’s Heart is doing for rescue pups in our community. Dogs, cocktails, patio weather — pretty hard to beat.

Don’t worry, this one’s good news. Our cocktail on tap is bright, bubbly, and ready for patio season, made with Tattersall Gin, grapefruit liqueur, rhubarb, cardamom, lemon, and soda.

Tis the season for foraged cocktails! Let's make a Salted Nettle Collins
• 1 oz Tightline Organic Vodka
• 2 oz Salted Nettle Lime Cordial
• Top with Sparkling water

Build in a glass over ice, stir, and garnish with a lime wedge.

Salted Nettle Lime Cordial
• Peel of 3 limes
• Juice of 3 limes, plus 2 tbsp lime juice
• 1/2 cup nettles
• Pinch of salt
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup water

To make the cordial, heat the sugar and water until dissolved, then bring to a boil. Add nettles and lime peel and bring back to a boil. Remove from heat, stir in lime juice and salt, then let cool and strain.
