So, we started a tradition a few years ago of eating barbecue on Christmas Eve and it’s turned out to be a great addition to our holiday festivities. We’re wanting to give you that option too! Place your orders soon so we can get smoking! Order from the website, or if you want a custom order, we can do that too. We’ve now added smoked chicken party wings to our menu (so new they’re not even on the website yet). Do you want a whole brisket to feed your family and the in-laws? We’ve got you covered there as well. Just let us know what you want and we can send you pricing. We’re also taking Thanksgiving orders right now. We’re back! Kind of. It’s been a busy year around here and it’s been difficult to find the time to smoke BBQ. But, we miss it. So, we’ve decided to run a 4th of July preorder rib program. Here’s the skinny: make an order on the website by June 28th. We’ll smoke your ribs as close to July 4th as possible and deliver them to you (vacuum sealed, cold (not frozen)) on the 2nd or 3rd. Put them in the fridge until you want them and follow the reheating guide on the 4th to enjoy. Reheating on the grill only takes about 10-15 minutes!

The process is simple, the price is right, and the ribs are tasty. When you order, just let us know in the comments it’s for the July 4th promotion and we’ll adjust the price on your invoice. Also, if you have a preference between the 2nd or 3rd delivery, include that information Remember, June 28th deadline and don’t forget the sides!

Psst- these will freeze very well for a couple months if you don’t want to serve them on the 4th. 😏
